By downloading, installing, or using the PartyPulse mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PartyPulse Events ("PartyPulse", "we", "our", "us"), a company based in the United Kingdom.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notification.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
The Service is intended for users who are seeking to discover music and nightlife events. Some events listed in the Service may be age-restricted by the venue. It is your responsibility to comply with any age requirements imposed by venues or events you attend.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You may register using an email address and password, via Google Sign-In, or via Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account remains accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, use false information, or engage in prohibited conduct.
You may optionally upload a profile photo. By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to remove profile photos that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate. Your profile photo is visible to other PartyPulse users who are connected to you as mutual friends.
The Service includes social features including friend requests, activity feeds, and event proposals. By using these features, you agree that:
You can remove any friend connection or dismiss any proposal at any time. Removing a friend immediately removes their access to your activity and removes your access to theirs.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
PartyPulse aggregates event information from third-party sources including Ticketmaster, Skiddle, SeatGeek, Eventbrite, Bandsintown, Shotgun, DICE, Ibiza Spotlight, and other regional platforms. We do not create, organise, or manage events listed in the Service.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that event information is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any event listing. Events may be cancelled, postponed, or altered by the organiser without notice. We strongly recommend verifying event details directly with the venue or organiser before purchasing tickets.
Ticket links within the Service may include affiliate tracking codes. When you tap a ticket link, we may receive a referral commission from the ticketing platform if you complete a purchase. This does not affect the price you pay. We disclose this relationship in accordance with applicable advertising standards.
The Service may display links to artist profiles and music previews on SoundCloud. These links open in your device's browser. We are not affiliated with SoundCloud and are not responsible for content on their platform.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PartyPulse Events and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (including profile photos). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and, where applicable (e.g. your profile photo visible to friends), to other users.
You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service integrates with and links to third-party services including Spotify, Google, Apple, SoundCloud, Ticketmaster, Skiddle, and others. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service.
Connecting your Spotify account to the Service is entirely optional. You can disconnect it at any time from Settings.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that event listings, dates, venues, prices, or availability shown in the Service are accurate, complete, or current. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate event information.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PartyPulse Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 10, 12, and 13 of these Terms will survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to us in writing at support@partypulse.org. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
